John F. White, Jr.’s public career of decisive action and genuine caring began at a very young age and continues today with fervent dedication, benefiting thousands of people from all walks of life. Honorable John Milton Younge, a native Philadelphian, is a Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Raised in the southwest section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he is a product of the Philadelphia Public School system and a member of the 232nd graduating class of Central High School in 1973. Judge Younge resides in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife, Joy May Brown-Younge.
